• Crew Medical Insurance

  Expanded Medical/Dental/Vision and Prescription coverage through the McDonald's Insurance Program. Chelan Enterprises will pay 50% of the premium for the Employee Only Basic Plan. There is no waiting period, however you must sign up within 45 days of hire or you will have to wait for the annual open enrollment period.

• Credit Union

  Employees can join the Corporate America Family Credit Union for banking, credit cards and personal loans.

  Local Ronald McDonald House Charities, with support from RMHC Global, offer scholarships to students from communities who face limited access to educational and career opportunities.
